Returns will be honored if reported two days after receipt.  Returns must be pre-authorized and must be accompanied by a Return merchant authorization number (RMA) obtained from our office.  Please mark the number on the outside of the package. Approved returns will be accepted within 30 days. Special orders are non-refundable.

 Items must be in the original packaging and in the original condition.                                                                                                                                                                                                          Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We suggest using a shipping method that requires proof of delivery. 

Returns may take up to 6 weeks to process and a 25% restocking fee may apply.                                                                                                                                                                                    

 Refunds will be applied to the credit card on the original order.
